• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

• We currently ship via USPS

Domestic Shipping

• We ship to addresses within the United States.

• Standard shipping typically takes [3-5 business days] after processing.

• Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

• At this time, we do ship outside of the United States.

• If international shipping is available, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are not included in product or shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Once an order is shipped, Silver Begonia Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a claim.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
